How should ASTM F963 / EN71 evidence be reviewed for a glow-plush project?
Review ASTM F963 and EN71 evidence as two layers. First, material-level documents named in the mill introduction (19 Oct 2025): radiation screening, ASTM F963-related, EN71-related, REACH-related, and an EN71-3 report SGS TSZH240902327C (11 December 2024). Request a compliance pack to confirm whether those documents cover the construction you will cut. Second, finished-toy testing is PROJECT-SPECIFIC: age grading, fill, attachments, and claims on the stuffed SKU. A glowing textile does not certify the toy. Luminous Fabrics does not publish public PDFs of these reports and does not claim blanket certification.
Why it matters to buyers
Procurement teams need a scope check, not a marketing badge.
Material explanation
Ask which construction, date, and market each report covers. Then plan toy-lab tests for the destination market. Do not copy mill typical afterglow hours onto a toy label.
