Can glow plush fabric be used for toys?
Yes — glow-in-the-dark plush fabric can be evaluated for stuffed animals and other sewn toys that need a soft hand-feel in daylight and a visible presence after lights-out. Luminous Fabrics supplies mill fabric, not finished toys. A material that glows does not automatically make a toy compliant. Finished-product requirements depend on market, age grading, construction, filling, attachments, and applicable regulations. Inspection documents in the mill introduction are reviewed per material and market, not as a blanket certificate for every SKU.

Toy developers need both a sewable pile and a clear split between fabric evaluation and product certification.
