Material-level evidence available for review includes SGS EN71-3 report TSZH240902327C (11 December 2024) on a luminous plush fabric sample, plus ASTM F963-related and REACH-related inspection documents. Finished-toy testing is PROJECT-SPECIFIC. A glowing textile does not certify the stuffed SKU a factory will sell. Request a compliance pack and confirm whether each report covers the construction you will cut.

Material explanation
EN71-3 addresses migration of certain elements on the tested sample.
