How the glow is experienced
This page explains what a product team will see. It does not disclose mill formulas, pigment suppliers, or other trade secrets.

Light exposure
The pile is exposed to daylight or indoor lighting. Energy is stored in photoluminescent pigment.

Energy storage
The material holds that energy for a period that depends on charge and construction. Exact times are measured per lot, not advertised as a universal number.

Dark environment
When ambient light drops, stored energy is released as visible glow.

Visible glow
The afterglow is typically green to the eye. Intensity fades over time. Evaluate on your product, in your lighting.
What the mill introduction states

- Typical charge
- The fabric absorbs visible light (daylight, fluorescent lamps, indoor lighting) for about 20 minutes.
- Typical afterglow
- After charging, it can remain visibly glowing in darkness for about 8 to 10 hours.

- Cleaning
- The mill introduction states the product can be cleaned and reused. No wash-cycle count is published here.
- Safety documents
- The mill introduction states inspection for radioactive substances and that materials are presented as non-toxic. Full reports are shared during qualification — this is not a medical claim.
- Invention patent. ZL201010513436.2 (listed in the mill introduction).
- Inspection materials. Radiation screening, ASTM F963, EN71, REACH, and SGS EN71-3 report TSZH240902327C (11 Dec 2024) are included in the mill's introduction pack. Reports are provided for review against a specific material and market — not as a blanket public certificate for every SKU.
Unsupported scientific claims are omitted. Charge time, lux protocols, and afterglow curves for a named SKU remain unpublished until measured for that construction.

The company introduction deck lists documentation including EN71, ASTM-F963, REACH, and invention-patent materials. Supporting documents are available on request and should be reviewed for the specific material and market.
